The course should work equally well for anyone suffering from stress or anxiety. the course is designed to to help you to develop strategies for minimising the effects of stress and anxiety, by identifying techniques that can quickly reduce the feelings associated with being stressed or anxious. We start by identifying how stress manifests itself in you individually. We will also look at how to develop techniques to combat anxiety and stress. In subsequent lectures you will experiment with a variety of methods to help reduce stress and anxiety. Once you have identified methods that work you are then able to conduct more personal research into those methods and develop your abilities to cope even further. or at least for reducing them sufficiently for you to be able to perform at your normal levels when not stressed.
