In this course, you are going to learn specific fitness assessments and balance exercises that will improve your balance, proprioception and coordination. This isa 15 week plan divided into three phases each lasting 1-6 weeks. Progression is built into the plan and noted in phase two and then again in phase three. Limited equipment is needed. Each week you will have a set of balance exercises to complete focusing either on stabilization, strength or power.
