Touring houses and going on showings with a realtor will educate you further in addition to allowing you to feel out a property if its worth investing in or not. Step #6: Write offers! Once you’ve found property that meets your criteria and you’ve toured it in person, it’s time to write an offer and purchase your first investment property!
