I have been working on designing this course and combining the exercises one by one in order for everyone to benefit from this episode of postural correction. This course for any one at any age and doesn’t require certain level of endurance or fitness, so lets build these together if you are a complete beginner: )Ialways consider my technique and cues are very different and unique since they are built on a solid practice and well taken knowledge from worldwide master trainers so I make sure to repeat cues and keep my teaching detailed and informative as much as possible throughout every exercise. throughout years of teaching I always encouraged quality over calories and repetitions where we build a healthier physique and understand the principals more than anything else as it is always a great investment where we spend money on learning new physical techniques and understand how our body works and the dynamic of movements we introduce to it. This course includes 12 exercises that are mainly upper body for an effective posture correction and muscle balancing and strengthening.I come from the corporate world and know exactly what is sedentary life means and how do we sit on a desk for more than 8 hours a day but I have always been attentive and even guided my colleagues not to fall under this habits, and remember 20 mins of a still posture takes time to change it back to the right alignment so also be careful and use all possible options to stay upright. Use a deflated pilates ball behind the lower back A cushion or any sort of support to keep you lower spine supported and in neutral position. every 20 mins stand up and walk around for 5 mins and move your body so your body adapts to movement instead of stillness and rounded positions.
